Lynne Foster first opened the doors of Looking Glass Qualitative Research in 1988 with two Clients, a tape recorder the size of a London bus, a typewriter with an amazing new memory function (it stored one sentence), and an in-car mobile phone that took 2 days to install and which worked solely in the car. Today, only the Clients are still in evidence…!
